Start your day with a view of the inventory and production records saved in your BeanCounter profile. The overview brings stock levels, roasting activity, reorder needs and a Coffee C market snapshot together.
What you can do: Overview
- Total green coffee on hand and inventory value, including inbound freight.
- Roasted output for the current month and week.
- Low-stock lots, supplier reorder links and recent roast records.
- Shortcuts to add green coffee, log a roast and open the pricing tools.
The overview summarizes your saved records. Keep a full profile backup outside the website after important updates.
Quick tutorial: Overview
Start your profile
Sign in with Google, then open Settings to choose your profile name, currency and weight unit.
Add your first coffee
Choose Add green coffee and enter the lot, total available weight, coffee price and inbound freight.
Record your production
Choose Log a roast, select the lot and enter green input, roasted output and labor time.
Review the dashboard
Return to Overview to see updated stock and production totals. Open Green inventory or Roast log for the underlying records.
