Support BeanCounter’s Free Roastery Tools
BeanCounter was built by Zach, a coffee roaster and the owner of a family-owned roastery and café. Optional donations help cover the hosting, backend and domain costs of keeping this workspace available.
What you can do: Donate
- Free access to the existing inventory, roast logging, blending and pricing tools.
- An optional PayPal donation button in the desktop sidebar and Donate item on mobile.
- A way to share feature ideas through the creator’s contact email.
Donations are optional and do not purchase a subscription, priority access or a guarantee of service availability.

Use the tools
Sign in with Google and use the workspace for your roastery records. A donation is not required.
Choose to support the project
Select Donate in the mobile navigation or use the donation button in the desktop sidebar.
Review the PayPal page
PayPal handles the payment. Review the amount and any recurring-payment choice before approving a donation.
Share an idea
Send useful tool suggestions to thebeancounterguy@gmail.com, or return to the workspace and keep tracking your coffee.
